Yes, some of our promotional products are made in Australia or New Zealand. We’re proud to be working with both onshore with some of our own machinery & Australian-wide suppliers as well as off-shore international suppliers. If you’re looking for Australian-made promotional merchandise only, then get in contact with our team so we can best assist you.
We understand that your order enquiry is top priority. Our team usually responds to your enquiry within 1 business day or sooner.
Delivery times differ on a product-to-product basis. The estimated production is displayed on each product page (in working days) which after being dispatched will be delivered to your location. Generally, most products can be dispatched in under two weeks, but we do have many options available on an express service. Delivery/freight timelines will be in addition to this.
If need your products by a certain time, let us know ASAP and we will give you options.
Australian delivery: 1-5 business days.
New Zealand delivery: 2-8 business days.
Off-shore delivery: Typical delivery lead times for Airfreight is 2 – 3 weeks and 8 – 12 weeks cargo (sea) shipping.
